Mellow Manor Terms & Conditions

 

Reservations:

All reservation must be accompanied by $ 1000.00 deposit and estimate of number of guests to secure your booking. A pencil booking is held for two weeks.
 

Payments:

Final payment for functions must be paid by cheque or cash the following day. If paid by credit card – additional charges of 5% applies.
 

Damage or Loss to Property:

Any damage or loss to property during use will be added to your account
 

Cancellation:

If a cancellation occurs the deposit is not refundable unless the function date is re-booked
 

Valuables:

Mellow Manor takes no responsibility for any items or valuables left in Mellow Manor property.
 

Music:

The management reserves the right to require the volume of any sound system or live music played on the property to be set at such a level not to disturb neighbours.
 

Points to Note:

The use of confetti is prohibited.
